Product: Zendesk digital customer experience solutions.
Progressive team: A small team of ambitious specialists, it includes a CEO, CCO, PM, developers.
Together We Will:
- Code, and test front-end client applications;
- Integrate custom APIs, call-to-action buttons;
- Participate in team daily meetings, reviews, and product milestones;
- Assist with visual wireframing;
- Advise on front-end questions from company clients;
- Prioritize feature requests, suggest improvements to the software;
- Perform other related development tasks.
What We Will Need:
- Fluent English;
- 2+ years of commercial experience in software development;
- Excellent HTML, CSS coding skills;
- Knowledge and experience with REST API;
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience with Zendesk;
- Experience in customer support would be a huge plus;
- Great sense of humor :)
