Project Manager

We are looking for a progressive IT Project Manager with excellent communication skills who has a passion for IT and has the skills to effectively manage product teams and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Product: iPaaS solution with a strong focus on eCommerce integrations to help businesses promote their products globally and scale faster online.

Progressive team: The company has about 15 developers working on new and existing features.

Together We Will:

• Solve business problems according to client requests;
• Clearly set tasks and request feature updates from the development team;
• Test, use and understand different systems/apps/tool the Client might be using;
• Apply a structured approach to design and implementation of systems and processes;
• Coordinate the integration of systems and services and oversee deployment;
• Identify risks that could affect the project, take a proactive approach;
• Deliver the projects within the timeline and budget;
• Lead the communication between all involved stakeholders;
• Responsible for the management and support of customer escalations.

Requirements

What We Will Need:

• Fluent English (German is highly advantageous);
• 3-5 years of commercial experience in IT complex projects;
• Experience with different software products, especially E-commerce software like Shopping Carts and Marketplaces;
• Technical understanding of IT systems and processes;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
• Solid understanding of ODBC, JSON, XML;
• Proven experience with 3rd Party APIs;
• Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP);
• Experience in delivering software projects from start to finish;
• Experience working with development teams to deliver projects;
• Creative problem-solving;
• Ability to work in a team or individual contributor environment.

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience In supporting/working with ERPs like Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, odoo;
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
