Job Description

TERM: Full time (100%)
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 12 months (with possible extension)
LOCATION: Goris, Syunik

Warehouse Officer is responsible for overall coordination and operation of the warehouse in Goris. The incumbent will coordinate receipt of all items to the warehouse, ensuring safe storage of the goods, updating the inventory record, arranging for the dispatching/delivery of items as requested by the Organization.

  • Oversees the reception of orders and supervising the quality control of goods received.
  • Assists with the dispatch of the goods in the stocked area.
  • Organizes and maintains inventory in the warehouse.
  • Stores the goods and ensures the stock in properly monitored on daily basis.
  • Maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Maintains items record, documents necessary information and utilizes reports to project warehouse status in internal systems / ELO and NAVI systems.
  • Acts as the responsible person for ensuring warehouse safety and security of goods.
  • Consults and coordinates activities with other departments.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • PC proficiency (Outlook, MS Office)
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian knowledge will be viewed as an advantage
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
  • Attention to details and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to plan own tasks, and excellent time management skills
  • Teamworking skills: good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
