About the job

We are looking for senior-level Ramp;D engineers to join our Machine Learning team at Deep Origin.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and develop novel ML methods for the discovery of new medications in collaboration with our research and drug discovery teams.

Requirements

Day-to-day

• Research, design, and code efficient ML methods.
• Run performance experiments, and investigate and resolve issues.
• Write good quality, maintainable, and documented code.
• Take responsibility proactively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable ML models.
• Knowledge of ML methods and state-of-the-art NN architectures.
• Experience building distributed or multi-threaded systems.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field
• Familiarity with computer architecture (CPU/memory)
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of physics
