  • Attend various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of office;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc;
  • Make travel arrangements for staff and visitors such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations;
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies;
  • Responsible for warehouse management;
  • Liase with partners and authorities for various matters as assigned by direct supervisor;
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; make sure that meeting rooms are in order;
  • Prepare periodic budgets and various reports;
  • Serve as assistant to the General Manager in daily management of the office;
  • Assist in human resources and events managements tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by direct supervisor


  • University degree
  • Knowledge of Ms office
  • Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Demonstrated attitude towards learning and innovative thinking
  • At least one year of relevant work experience, preferable related to office management
