Responsibilities:

Legal and business-oriented general and daily support of corporate, trade and production activities of foreign companies, worldwide corporate structure support;

Supervising entire outside counsel, service providers and authorities, collaborate and communicate with them on various legal and other issues on the life support of companies;

Performing cross-functionally across organization to manage different legal projects (support of external offices, establishing of new legal structures amp; models globally and others);

Monitoring of foreign legislation, compliance control with international legislation in markets of companies, drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents;

Participation in incorporation or liquidation of companies in various jurisdictions;

Submission of proposals for the elimination of inconsistencies with international law and / or the interests of the Company, identifying applicable corporate requirements and ensure compliance with them;

Being actively involved in preparing, reviewing, negotiating and drafting of commercial documents (contracts, Tamp;C, notices, letters etc);

Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;

Deal with complex legal and business matters with multiple stakeholders and forces;

Advise management, heads and other staff on International legislation and other rules affecting business of the Company, including employment and regulatory issues;

Interaction with foreign legal partners on pre-trial settlement of disputes, conduct of the proceedings;

Provide legal advice to support business operations on a wide variety of contact, intellectual property, corporate and privacy issues;

Undertake other duties that may be reasonably requested by the Head of International Legal Support;

Requirements

BSc degree or Master’s degree in Law, similar degrees;

Post-qualification legal experience in a business environment, at least the 3 of them in a similar role, as in-house lawyer, preferably at an international firm, law firm or fin tech company;

Experience in working across multiple jurisdictions, experience in working with foreign documents and companies, understanding the structure of companies;

Experience in incorporation/supporting/liquidation of companies in foreign jurisdictions is preferred;

Experience in carrying out KYC, Due Diligence, and Compliance procedures;

Experience in a field of advertising or IT will be a plus.

Previous experience in the FX/CFDs industry will be considered an advantage;

High degree of professional ethics and integrity;

Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills;

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English;

Computer skills;

Active amp; initiative candidate, 'gets things done', team player;

Strong personality amp; managerial skills (managing and coordination of projects);

Ability to work in a high workload format on a wide variety of matters from complex matters to routine standard matters;

Ability to effectively and proactively supervise external service provides;

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Attention to detail;

Outstanding communication skills
