What Will You Do
- Communicate with other teams and departments to understand business needs and requirements
- Provide a clear understanding of our products and services with the help of data analysis and investigations
- Develop and monitor analytical metrics
- Communicate proactively insights and analysis done by the team
- Lead and expand Products and Clients Analytics team to meet the analytical needs of the Company
- Improve and manage the processes of the team (hiring, development, growth, operations, analysis)
- Manage AB tests analysis and contribute to analysis and interpretation of results
- Lead process of development of Experimentation Platform and processes related to experimentation
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve Experimentation Platform and other analytical systems
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in analytics (data science) and 1-3 years as a team leader of analytical teams
- Business oriented with organizational skills
- Highly analytical with critical thinking
- Good level of Math and Statistics
- Experience in AB-tests analysis
- Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Python/R/SQL
- Upper intermediate level of English
