As our new Medior / Senior EDI Integration specialist you will join our Integration Team where you’ll work hand in hand with the IT project team on improving efficiency and processes of E-Invoicing.
With us you will have the opportunity to develop your full potential with the help of Muriel, Fabian amp; Eduardo (located in Belgium), our EDI team, and you will join the Armenian office (Loft co-working space).

Your futures challenges:
- Owning the technical implementation of the integration projects assigned, including all aspects of the technical side of the project, solution design/architecture, implementation and support through testing, go-live, and hyper care.
- Participating in client-facing calls to advise on the solution implementation making sure that onboarding will be a success.
- Being the first point of contact for the EDI related clients’ queries.
- Being part of and supporting the Customer Service team.
- Proposing improvements to increase service quality and processes
- Documenting processes and workflows related to each project
- Keeping assigned Jira tickets updated with project progresses

About you
How do we imagine our future Medior / Senior EDI specialist ?
- 2-5 years work experience in EDI
- Strong IT skills
- Passionate about automatization
- Knowledge of Database fundamentals (SQL,...)
- Highly data-driven analytical mindset, rigorous and methodical
- Business level in written and verbal French and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Fast learner
- Customer oriented
- Strong prioritization and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of a scripting language will be a plus
- Solution oriented
